Retired DIG CISF UBS Tewatia, who fought a legal battle against Emerald Court Society’s RWA President and his other associates against Supertech, told News18 Hindi that this victory is not only against a big builder like Supertech but every injustice, common people. But the excesses, arbitrariness of builders, corruption of government officials and authorities are also against.

Tevatia says that nothing wrong can be done on the basis of money. There is a justice system in India. The decision of the Supreme Court and the action taken on it will become an example. This is the reason why the residents of Emerald Court Tower are very happy after today’s demolition and surely this victory will be celebrated.

Tevatia told that the residents of our entire tower will together celebrate this victory. For this, the place and menu will be decided accordingly. Those who have supported the residents of Emerald Court will also be included in the celebration of this victory.
