Petitions related to Article 370 were postponed
Omar Abdullah shared a news on Twitter

Srinagar . Two days after Justice NV Ramana retired as the Chief Justice of India, National Conference (NC) vice-president Omar Abdullah on Sunday alleged that he had dismissed petitions against the abrogation of Article 370. ‘Very easily postponed indefinitely.’ Significantly, on August 5, 2019, the Center abrogated most of the provisions of Article 370, which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir.

Abdullah took to Twitter in April this year to share a news story about CJI Raman’s comments that the Supreme Court would hear the petitions after the summer vacations, and then he retired without constituting a bench. He very easily postponed these matters indefinitely. He said, ‘Some people wonder why the trust in these institutions has been reduced.
