Bharat Biotech has said in its statement that two separate clinical trials of BBV154 were conducted for two initial doses and booster dose of corona, which have been found to be completely safe. Testing at 14 locations in the country
Bharat Biotech has said that the trial is better tolerated and it is immunogenic. BBV154 is an intranasal vaccine for Kovid-19. That is, it is delivered to the body through the nose. It has been prepared on spike protein technology. According to the company, the Phase I and Phase II trials of the vaccine have been successful. Bharat Biotech said that in the first and second trials, this nasal vaccine has proved to be safe, well tolerated and immunogenic. The company said in a statement that the Phase III trial for the first dose was completely safe and immunogenic in 3100 subjects compared to Covaxin. This trial was done at 14 different places in the country.
Vaccine will be economical
This vaccine has been designed and developed in such a way that it is cost-effective for low and middle income countries. According to the statement, BBV154 has been developed in partnership with Washington University in St. Louis.
