These four officials arrested from Indore Ujjain have been taken on 7-day police remand by Madhya Pradesh ATS. Now inquiries will be made about their network and anti-national activities related to them in Madhya Pradesh.

On Thursday, NIA raided PFI’s locations across the country. NIA team along with Madhya Pradesh ATS arrested four PFI office bearers from Indore and Ujjain. Indore resident of accused Abdul Karim Bakery is the state president of PFI. Abdul Khalid resident of Indore is the general secretary of PFI. Mohammad Javed resident of Indore is the state treasurer of PFI and Jamil Sheikh resident of Ujjain is the state secretary of PFI. All four were caught and brought to Bhopal. First of all, medical was done in Jaypee Hospital here. After that they were presented in the special court of NIA of Bhopal district court. The hearing of the case started with a delay of 25 minutes due to no electricity in the court premises. After the hearing, the court gave the MP ATS on 7 days police remand to the four PFI office bearers.

Conspiracy to Sharia Law
IPC 121A, 153A, 120B section 13 on the accused in Bhopal ATS police station[1बी], 18 FIR registered under UAPA Act. A large number of electronic devices, anti-national documents and digital documents were recovered from the accused. Members of PFI were coming from other states to connect a large number of people in Madhya Pradesh. The members of PFI active in the state were provoking people for anti-national activities by instigating them.

inciting the youth
The members of PFI were preparing people for distributing objectionable literature and anti-national activities by holding meetings all over the state. The motive of the accused was to establish Islamic Sharia law in India by instigating the people of the community, especially the youth. Crimes have been registered against all the accused in Indore Ujjain earlier as well.
