Muzaffarpur. A sensational case has come to light from Sakra police station area of Muzaffarpur. Here a married woman was murdered and buried. On getting information about the incident, the police got the body removed from the grave and sent it to SKMCH for postmortem. Meanwhile, the in-laws have fled.
According to the police, this case is of Sakra police station area of Muzaffarpur. Sita Devi, a resident of Thikaha village of Pilkhi Panchayat here, had absconded with a young man from the village a few days ago. However, after a few days, after mutual consent and panchayat, she returned to her in-laws’ house. But his relation with the in-laws was not good. Sita also has three children, out of which one daughter is also married.
At the same time, regarding this matter, the relatives of Sarita Devi and Sita Devi’s brother told that Sita’s husband Indal Ram used to beat her repeatedly, due to which she left the house and went to the relative’s house. But when she returned to her in-laws’ house, her husband along with his family members killed her and buried her body in the forest of Pilkhi. When the family members came to know about this, they started investigation and informed the police about the matter.
The police of Sakra police station went to Pilkhi and got the body of the woman removed and sent it to SKMCH for postmortem. Local resident Mohan Paswan told that there was a lot of smell from the dead body. Sita seems to have been murdered several days ago.
On the other hand, DSP of Muzaffarpur East Manoj Pandey told that the matter is being investigated. The in-laws of the deceased Sita Devi are absconding. Soon the culprits will be arrested.
