If you do these asanas daily with the right method, then you will definitely get benefit. Apart from this, doing Kapalbhati, Suryabhedan and Bhramari Pranayama in Pranayama strengthens mental health. Meditation has an important role in mental health and meditation should be done for about 20 to 30 minutes every day.
