By doing this, all the parts of the body become active gradually, due to which there is no tension or stiffness in the muscles etc. Not only this, by doing this there is also flexibility in the parts of the body, which reduces the chances of injury. pay attention first
To activate yourself mentally, sit on your mat in any posture. It would be better if you sit in Padmasana or Ardha Padmasana. Now close your eyes and take a deep breath and utter the word Om. Concentrate on the incoming breath. Do this for about 1 minute.

practice the subtle
To warm up the body, spread your legs forward and stretch both the toes back and forth. Do this 20 times. Then rotate the claws 20 times.

leg exercise
Now bend one leg from the knee and hold your thighs well with both hands. Make sure that the back is straight. Now straighten the legs by lifting them from the front and bend them again and place them on the mat as before. You can click on this video link to watch in detail.

butterfly seat

Sit with both the claws together and hold it with your hands. Now first slowly raise and lower the knees. Do this 10 times. Now do this fast for at least 1 minute.

Bhadrasana
The practice of Bhadrasana is very important for women. Sit in Bhadrasana like butterfly posture. Now try to bring the knees towards the ground and keep the back straight.
