Anulom-Vilom Pranayama
according to style crazeTo do Anulom-Vilom Pranayama, first sit in the posture of Vajrasana and close a nostril by raising your right hand. Then take a long deep breath and exhale through the other nostril. Do the same process with the left hand on the other side of the nose. Do this pranayama at least for 5 to 6 minutes.

Shalabhasana
For Shalabhasana, first of all lie down on your stomach and keep both your legs straight and extend your toes forward. Also, make a fist of your hands and press your Thai under it. Keep in mind that the mouth is straight and the eyes are straight in front. Now try to raise your legs as high as possible, then slowly exhale and bring the feet down, repeat this exercise at least 4 to 5 times.

Chakrasana
For Chakrasana, lie down on your back and keep both your arms and legs straight. Bend the legs from the knees, take them backwards and lift both the hands upwards and put weight on them and keep the elbows straight. Now straighten the arms and legs completely and keep doing it for as long as possible. In the end, while doing the asana, take a long deep breath and come back to the same position.
