But, India got the start it needed by batting first after losing the toss in this match. Rohit along with KL Rahul took India’s score to 54 runs in the first 5 overs. Batting first in this T20, India completed their second fastest 50 runs. Rohit scored 28 runs in just 16 balls with the help of 3 fours and 2 sixes. His strike rate was 175.
