Dubai. Indian cricket team batsman Suryakumar Yadav is ready to bat at any place in T20. Suryakumar has batted at different places for Team India. He has also started the innings for the Indian team. Suryakumar, known for his explosive batting, played an unbeaten half-century of 68 runs in 26 balls against Hong Kong in the match played under the Asia Cup 2022. India entered Super 4 by defeating Hong Kong by 40 runs.
Against Hong Kong, Suryakumar came out to bat at number four, he played a variety of shots and hit six sixes and as many fours in his innings. Suryakumar said in the post-match press conference, ‘I can bat at any position, at whatever number you say. I have told the coach and the captain to send me to bat at any number, but just feed me.

‘KL Bhai making a comeback after injury’
Vice-captain KL Rahul is making a comeback from an injury, but he has not been able to play at the same pace in the tournament so far. He scored 36 runs in 39 balls against Hong Kong. When Suryakumar was asked whether he would open the innings with Rohit Sharma, he said, “So you are saying that we should not play KL bhai (Rahul).” He is coming back from injury and needs some time and we have time now.
Experimentation continues in Team India
The T20 World Cup is around the corner and India continues to experiment in trying to find their best batting combination. According to Suryakumar, ‘Things will continue, there are a lot of things that we are trying, experimenting. There are some things that we want to do and it would be better to try them in matches rather than in practice sessions.
