Saba Karim praised Team India for its performance in T20 cricket
Rohit Sharma got injured while batting in the third T20 match of the series.
The remaining 2 T20 matches of the series between India and West Indies are to be held in Florida.
New Delhi. Former Indian cricketer Saba Karim has praised the Indian cricket management for being more active about T20 cricket. Saba Karim said that T20 cricket is progressing very fast. He also praised the captain Rohit Sharma as well. Saba said that the way Rohit has performed in T20s recently, it is fantastic. India is currently playing a 5-match T20I series against West Indies in which they have maintained a 2-1 lead.
Team India captain Rohit Sharma He scored 64 runs in 44 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 7 fours in the opening T20 match against West Indies, which India won by 68 runs. In the second match of the series, he became the victim of Obed McCoy on the very first ball of the innings.

Rohit injured in third T20
While batting against the West Indies in the third T20 match on Tuesday, Rohit suffered a back spasm, due to which he had to retire hurt after playing just 5 balls. In this match, Rohit was successful in getting India off to a good start by scoring 11 runs with the help of a four and a six.
Saba praises Rohit and team
Saba Karim said in Sports18’s show ‘Sports Over the Top’, ‘The T20 game is changing rapidly and we need to adjust to this format. So, I think the thinking of Team India about it is correct. Especially the way Rohit Sharma and the team performed in T20 cricket in their last few matches, it is amazing. He also said that on a difficult pitch, however, there is a need to recover a little. Saba said, ‘Like you saw in the second T20 match, all I can say is that your thinking also needs to be better and take wise decisions.’
No update on Rohit’s play in next T20
There is no official update on the availability of captain Rohit for the next 2 matches of the series against West Indies. The last 2 T20 matches between India and West Indies will be played on 6 and 7 August in Florida, USA. India is a strong contender to win the upcoming 2022 T20-World Cup in Australia.

Chasing a challenging target of 165 runs, India won the third match by 7 wickets, thanks to a brilliant innings of 76 by opener Suryakumar Yadav. With this win, India went 2-1 ahead in the series. West Indies’ left-arm fast bowler Obed McCoy took 6 wickets in the second T20 match but could not take a single wicket in the third T20.
