PSL 2023 is starting from 9th February

New Delhi. The schedule of Pakistan Super League 2023 has come out. The eighth season of PSL will start from 9 February 2023. At the same time, the final match of this prestigious tournament will be played on March 19. Like the year 2020, the upcoming season will also be organized in four major cities of Pakistan. It includes the names of Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi and Multan. This decision has been taken in the meeting of the Governing Council of PSL at the National High Performance Center in Lahore today.
Earlier, the seventh season of PSL was played from 27 January 2022 to 27 February 2022. Meanwhile, a total of 31 matches were played. The qualifier match of this tournament was played on 23 February. At the same time, the first Eliminator match was played on 24 and the second Eliminator match was played on 25 February. The final match of this prestigious tournament was played on 27 February at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Here the team of Lahore Qalandars became the champion for the first time after defeating Multan Sultans by 42 runs.

Let us tell you that a total of six teams took part in the PSL last time. The names of Multan Sultans, Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United were included in this.
Which team won how many PSL titles?
Islamabad United has won the title twice in the PSL which started from the year 2016. The first season of PSL remained in the name of Islamabad. After this, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Karachi Kings, Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars have won the title once each. Last year’s winner is the Lahore Qalandars team led by Shaheen Afridi.
